President and CEO - I.J. Steve Banszky P. Eng.

Mr. Banszky has held various roles in his 30 plus years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.  He has held engineering positions with various E&P companies, has had his own consulting engineering company and was  involved in the service industry by providing compression equipment sales and services.  Prior to CNGL, Steve worked with Caneleson drilling and was VP of engineering of a CNG solutions company.  

Steve holds various patents, and has been involved at the executive level on various boards.

Steve is a  professional engineer and an active member of APEGA

VP Business Development and Sales - John Kadar

John brings a wealth of field experience to to the company.   Prior to CNGL John was involved with E&P  companies including Mobil and Canadian 88, service companies including Toromont, Onstream and Survis compression as well as field operations companies.  

John was the field operations manager with a leading natural gas service company prior to taking his position with CNGL.

VP FInance - Cam Bawol CA

Cam has been the President of Cam Bawol Professional Corp. which provides CFO, corporate finance and financial reporting services to various ventures.  He is a Principal in Factoring Solutions Inc. a receivable based lending company.  Prior to CNGL, Cam held executive roles at CanGas Solutions.

Cam is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Alberta.  

Manager Field Operations - Brad Jones

​Brad has extensive experience with engine maintenance and operations.  He has worked with most types of engines including Waukesha, CAT, Cummins, MTU as well as White, Ajax and Arrow units in the gas compression field.  Out side of the reciprocating field, Brad has worked with GEC, P&W and Rolls-Royce turbines.Brad is very knowledgeable in PLC programming and instrumentation controls.
